Customer Relations on the Web (CRW) is a web based, Customer Relationship Management system provided on a subscription basis. No installations necessary. Subscribe at a low monthly fee and let us handle the infrastructure.

Subscribe to one or all of the modules, depending upon your needs. Or, let us develop a new customized module for you.

If you are interested in having a CRM application or other type of tracking system implemented on your own hardware, contact us for an installation quote. Installations are done on your existing hardware, provided it meets requirements. CRW installations are provided on a subscription basis and include offsite backup, basic support, and remote emergency restoration.

CRW subscriptions are accessed through the Account Access section of the First Tracks Software website.

Module Descriptions:

Website Tracking
Allows user to control and monitor traffic on websites hosted by First Tracks Software.

Clients and Contacts
Simple database application for keeping track of Companies and the people who work there. This module integrates nicely with the Website Tracking Module, allowing potential customers to "Register" through your website, automatically entering them into your CRM database.

Email Templates
Allows user to create and store email templates and process emails through a designated mail server. Integrates with Clients and Contacts, allowing the user to use templates to send emails to contacts in the Contact database, merging contact information into the template in the process.

Activities
Requires subscription to "Clients and Contacts"
Allows user to schedule activities such as Calls, Emails, Meetings, To-Dos, and Notes. Integrates with Clients and Contacts, providing user with scheduling and history of activity relating to Clients and Contacts.

Files and Reports
Requires subscription to "Clients and Contacts"
Allows the user to post files to an internet server for storage. Integrates with Website Tracking, Clients and Contacts providing download access for Contacts through an Account Access section of your website.

Products and Services
Requires subscription to "Clients and Contacts"
Allows user to track products and services, prepare estimates, quotes, and track the production and sales process. Integrates with Website Tracking, Clients and Contacts, allowing the user to prepare quotes and track production and make them available to contacts through an Account Access section of your website.

Invoices
Requires subscription to "Clients and Contacts" and "Products and Services"
Allows the conversion of Quotes and Production Tickets into Invoices. Of course, this integrates with Website Tracking, Clients and Contacts, allowing the user to make Invoices available to contacts through an Account Access section of your website.

Survey Center
Allows user to conduct mass email surveys. The module is designed to survey a set of contacts by reading the contact information from a static file and sending emails to the contacts using an email tempate directing them to a survey page where they can fill out a survey and submit the information into your database.

The proper use of this module requires training and the assistance of a First Tracks Software Consultant. For this reason, the Survey Center is only available through a Service Insight Systems subscription and requires a more detailed contract arranged with a First Tracks Software Consultant.
